Mike Scott has had extensive experience both in catering and restaurant kitchens and is focused on bringing his special twist to the foods for your event. Mikes focus is to bring local and organic foods lovingly created to your event that are both nutritious and delicious.

I have loved cooking since I was very young, so nutritious, delicious food will always be an important part of who I am and what I do. Creating strong relationships is where I start. Hearing customers tell me how they enjoyed our food is both humbling and exciting.

Event Coordinator

Laura Halford

Laura is a George Brown certified event planner and a graduated Chef from the Culinary School of Canada. Laura has spent over 10 years in the hospitality industry both in event planning and catering along with management of various restaurants including a 400 seat downtown location.

Laura’s great delight is in putting together cost effective events that have the appearance of a fully lavish affair. While Mike’s strengths are in the kitchen Laura’s provides the face of Dandelion both before and during your event organizing your celebration so that you have all the time sit back and enjoy it yourself.

Seeing the happy faces of people attending our celebrations we provide is the thing that makes me truly happy. By entrusting your event to Dandelion you will have great food and you will have a GREAT TIME.
